Provide accurate and timely information necessary for project completion.
Approve materials and content promptly.

Payments shall be made as per the payment schedule outlined in the Proposal or Invoice.
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We retain ownership of all work products until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the Client, except for any third-party materials or proprietary tools. The Client grants us permission to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.
We strive to provide quality Services but do not guarantee specific results, such as rankings or sales. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
